Arsenal fans celebrated in style after they won the Premier League title for the first time in 22 years on Tuesday night.

The Gunners were not in action, but Manchester City failing to beat Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium was enough to hand Arsenal the title.

City needed a win on the south coast and were held to a 1-1 draw , leaving them four points adrift of Arsenal with just one game to play.

Arsenal end a wait for Premier League glory which stretches back to their Invincibles season in 2004, which saw them go unbeaten for an entire campaign.

It is Mikel Arteta ’s first league title and just his second major trophy as a manager, following the FA Cup win with the Gunners in 2020.

Arsenal now go to Crystal Palace on Sunday with no pressure on the final day of the Premier League season and can prepare for the Champions League final.

There is the chance to complete an incredible double against Paris Saint-Germain on May 30 in Budapest.
