Barcelona Thrash Daegu 5-0: Gavi Brace in Asian Tour Finale

Barcelona ended their Asian tour with an easy 5-0 win over Daegu.

Scorers: Gavi 21' 45+2', Lewandowski 27', Fernandez 55', Rashford 66'

Hansi Flick named a mixture of youth and experience as the Blaugrana faced a side who had already seen themselves relegated from the K-League this season.

As has been standard for the past 18 months, Lamine Yamal was the star of the show down the right-hand side.

And it was the teenager who crossed for Gavi to net the opener on 21 minutes.

Barça then doubled their advantage moments later as Robert Lewandowski tapped in.

Right on the stroke of half time Gavi bagged his second of the game with a neatly chipped finish.

Into the second half and a completely changed Barcelona team upped the pressure and got a fourth thanks to youngster Toni Fernandez.

It was already a drubbing but it became a hammering on the hour mark as Rashford scored his first for the club with a typically excellent finish.
