Paul Pogba has made a bold prediction and believes Manchester United will win the Premier League title within the next three years.
United looked destined for another hugely underwhelming season when Ruben Amorim was sacked in January and replaced by an interim coach in Michael Carrick .
Pogba’s former teammate, however, presided over a stunning change in fortunes which culminated in Champions League qualification and with optimism restored at Old Trafford their is a strong belief that the good times are on their way back.
Carrick will hope to invest heavily in his squad this summer and the former England international, whose appointment as Amorim’s permanent successor was confirmed earlier this month, has already added Brazil international Ederson to his squad.

United will start the new campaign hoping to end a 14-year wait to be crowned champions and Pogba believes they are firmly on the right course and can seek inspiration from Arsenal who ended an even longer period without success last season.
‘Yes,’ Pogba, speaking to talkSPORT, said emphatically when asked if Untied could win the title under Carrick’s management.
‘I think Manchester United will win in the next years, they’re going to be champions of the Premier League.

‘If Arsenal can be champions then Manchester United will definitely be champion.
‘It’s a big statement. No disrespect but I believe they will. In the next five years they’re going to win.
‘Maybe I went a bit far, I will say in the next three years. In my opinion I think they can make it.’
United’s 2026-27 campaign, meanwhile, will be the subject of a new fly-on-the-wall documentary series for Amazon Prime, it has been announced.
Cameras will follow Michael Carrick’s team throughout the season for the latest instalment of the ‘All or Nothing’ programme to be produced for the global streaming platform.

Producers promise the series, which will be released next summer, will give viewers ‘unprecedented access’ to the club, ‘taking them inside the Old Trafford dressing room, the inner sanctum of United’s all-new Carrington Training Complex and much more’.
