Veteran center Mitchell Robinson reportedly is joining the Boston Celtics on a 3-year, $47.4 million deal after winning the 2026 NBA championship with the New York Knicks.
Free agent center Mitchell Robinson has agreed to a three-year, $47.4 million deal to sign with the Boston Celtics, with a player option in third season, sources tell ESPN. Robinson departs the Knicks after serving a key role on the historic championship team.

The 28-year-old, 7-foot center averaged 5.7 points, 8.8 rebounds and 1.2 blocks over 60 games with the Knicks last season. He has spent his entire 8-year career with New York after being selected with the 36th overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft.
