Newcastle Sign Malick Thiaw from Milan in €40m Deal

Newcastle have completed the signing of Malick Thiaw from Milan for €35m plus €5m in additional bonuses.

The German defender has signed a four-year contract with the Magpies until 2029.

The 24-year-old with Eddie Howe's side showing an initial interest in January.

The Premier League outfit have finally landed their long-term target and Thiaw arrives on Tyneside with plenty of experience, featuring 85 times for Milan in all competitions.

Thiaw is Newcastle's third summer signing and joins Anthony Elanga and Aaron Ramsdale through the door at St James' Park.
